Unmaze Terms of Service

Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Unmaze at https://unmaze.cloud. By creating an account or using Unmaze, you agree to these terms.
The service
Unmaze provides workspace tools for projects, tasks, documents, conversations, and connected services such as Jira, Notion, and Slack.
Features may change as Unmaze develops. Some features may be experimental, limited, or unavailable.
Accounts
You are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information.

Keeping your login details secure.

Activity performed through your account.

Ensuring that you have permission to access any workspace or connected service.
You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Workspace data
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Unmaze, including projects, tasks, documents, messages, and imported information.
You give Unmaze permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for content you upload or import.
Connected services
When you connect Jira, Notion, Slack, or another service, you authorize Unmaze to access the permissions you approve through that provider.
Your use of connected services remains subject to the provider’s own terms and policies. You may disconnect an integration through Unmaze or the provider.
Acceptable use
You may not use Unmaze to:

Break the law or violate another person’s rights.

Access a workspace or connected service without permission.

Upload malware or attempt to compromise the service.

Interfere with the operation or security of Unmaze.

Scrape, resell, or misuse the service.

Store content that you are not legally permitted to store or share.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Unmaze available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Third-party services
Unmaze may depend on third-party services, including hosting, authentication, databases, and connected providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions controlled by those third parties.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create a security risk, misuse the service, or where required by law.
You may stop using Unmaze at any time. Workspace administrators may manage or remove workspace access according to their organization’s policies.
Disclaimer
Unmaze is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unmaze will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or connected providers.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Unmaze develops. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of Unmaze after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
